Presentation Guidelines

The time limit for your presentation and following questions is 20 minutes. The provided presentation computer runs PowerPoint 16. We recommend formatting your presentation slides in 4:3 aspect ratio (16:9 is fine too). We do not provide a template for the presentation slides. Please transfer your presentation files to the provided computer during a break before your session. If you prefer to use your own laptop, please note that you must connect to the beamer via VGA. Please introduce yourself to the Session Chair before the start of your session.

UBERTONE Student Award

Students and PhD students enter the UBERTONE Student Award.
The best contribution (paper and presentation) will be selected by the Scientific Committee during the symposium.
Supported by Ubertone

Social Program

Alongside the scientific talk sessions, various social activities will allow you to get in contact with your peers.

Incipientus Welcome Reception

The welcome reception, supported by Incipientus, will take place in the historical gallery of the conference site (Hermann-von-Helmholtz building), and will conclude the first day.

MET-FLOW Banquet Dinner

The banquet dinner will take place on a river cruise ship, taking us on a scenic inner city tour down the Spree river, passing the Reichstag building, the German Chancellery and the historical Museum Island. It is supported by MET-FLOW.

Lab Tours

Small-group tours to selected labs will allow you to gain insight into the different flow test benches and the temperature lab located at the PTB Berlin site.
